The PCI Express card by Delock expands a PC by two external serial RS-422/485 ports. Devices such as scanners, protocol converters, POS systems, infrared -, IoT - devices etc. and different modes can be used.
The PCIe card supports 2- and 4-wire operation at both connections for RS-422 and RS-485 devices. In addition, the integrated terminating resistors can optionally be activated, thus avoiding unwanted signal interference.
RS-422 or RS-485 settings
The settings can be set with jumpers on the PCIe card and provide the modes Auto Detect, RS-422 and RS-485 4-wire full duplex and RS-485 2-wire half duplex operation.
Low Profile Form Factor
By using the included low profile bracket, the PCI Express card can be also installed into a Mini-PC.
